Our Acquisition Process
We know you have a business to run. That’s why we’ve designed an acquisition process that is straightforward, confidential, and respectful of your time. From our first conversation through closing, we’ll work with you every step of the way to create a transition that meets your goals.
Let's Build a Relationship

Let's Start a Conversation
Every propane business is different, and so is every transition. If you’re considering a sale or simply exploring your options for the future, we’d be happy to answer your questions, discuss your goals, and explain how Aventus Energy approaches every acquisition with integrity, flexibility, and an owner’s perspective.
Acquisition FAQ
Have questions about selling your propane business? We’ve answered some of the most common questions to help you better understand our acquisition process and what to expect when partnering with Aventus Energy.
Every transaction is different, but our streamlined process allows us to evaluate opportunities and present an offer in as little as 30 to 60 days. We work at a pace that fits your timeline, whether you’re ready to move quickly or planning well in advance.
The initial evaluation requires only basic business information. Our process is designed to minimize paperwork and disruptions so you can stay focused on running your company while we determine whether there’s a good fit for both parties.
You can complete the valuation questionnaire electronically using your computer. Once completed, simply email the form to the Aventus Energy acquisitions team to begin the review process. If you have any questions while completing the questionnaire, our team is always available to help guide you through the process.
